Box Sign Integration with HubSpot and More!
We are so excited to announce our latest update to Box Connector - the native solution to integrating Box and HubSpot together! Not only have we gathered and implemented feedback from our beta users, we've now added the ability to kickoff and execute eSignatures using Box's native Box Sign tool, all right from within HubSpot! Below is a summary of all of the features and enhancements:
- Box Sign
- Initiate Box Sign from within a Hubspot Record. Have record history recorded when the document is sent for eSignature, and when it has been signed. Natively use Document Templates right from within Box
- Directly link Box.com folders to HubSpot object records
- New Features: Ability to Unlink a Folder from a Record, Easy-to-read icons to determine if a folder is Linked or Unlinked
- More Secure
- Each user individually authenticates to Box from within Hubspot to determine their folder-level permissions
